1 - How do I make a reservation?
Simply call us at (352) 442-1631 and we will be happy to help you book a party. If you like, you can make an online reservation request.
2 - Do you take deposits?
Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit on all rentals under $400.00 and we require a 50% deposit on all rentals above $400.00. This deposit is no refundable, if cancelled the day of the event due to inclement weather, then the deposit will be refunded at the discretion of Inflatable Party Express, Inc. This deposit must be made in the form of a Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
3 - How do I pay?
We accept cash or credit card. The rental fee is due at the time of the delivery. We do not set up until the rental fee is collected and rental agreement has been signed.
4 - What if I cancel?
If you cancel 7 days prior to the event you forfeit your deposit. If we arrive at your event and the weather is not conducive to bounce or slide use (rain or high wind) we will cancel with no penalty. After we set up the unit there are no refunds.
5 - What is the bouncer made of?
All of our units are made of commercial quality 18oz vinyl and commercial quality netting.
6 - How do the bouncers operate?
All of our units operate by attaching an enclosed blower to the unit. This blower constantly blows air into the base of the unit. The blower must operate at all times while the bouncer is in use or the bouncer will deflate.
7 - What type of power is required?
Our units require a 110v electrical outlet. This outlet must be no more than 80 feet from unit.
8 - How much room do I need?
For a regular bouncer you need about a 20’x20’ open flat space clear of over head obstacles and animal droppings. For a water slide you need about a 17’x40’ open flat space clear of over head obstacles and animal droppings. This area must be within 80' of an electrical outlet and 50' of a water spigot.
9 - Are your units safe?
Our units have been designed and manufactured with safety and children in mind. All units have either open tops or emergency exits on the top of the unit to allow easy exit. All units have a list of rules sewn on the front of the unit.
10 - Are your units clean?
Each of our units are vacuumed and cleaned with a disinfectant solution after every rental.
